- To get estimate shipping cost and tax , please choose your country or enter your zip code and click "Get a Quote". Once this is done please click "Proceed to Checkout".
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused product in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. Simply follow the guideline below. Return Your Purchase
- Please download and complete CraftKin’s RMA. Any products returned without requesting an approval with CraftKin.com will not be eligible for a refund.
- Securely and carefully package the product(s) you wish to return or exchange as we will have to bill you for any missing materials/components.
- Remember to include your information or our packing slip in your return package.
- Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to our warehouse.
- A refund will be issued within 2-5 business days once we have received the product and upon passing our inspection. If for any reason, after our inspection it is found to be defective or untruth to your previous statement on the RMA, we will be unable to provide you with a refund. Returning this item to you will be at the customers’ expense
- A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all return.
Shipping & Handling fee is Not Refundable as these are paid out to the shipping carrier. If you have receive Free Shipping service from CraftKin in addition to our return policy all returns will incur exact shipping cost and subject to a $2.50 handling fee.

- All exchange will be process within 24-48 hours once we have received the package from the shipping carrier.
